Originally from Houston, I made my way to Chicago for college where I studied Film & Video. After a number of unexpected twists and turns that started off my new career as a college graduate, I eventually connected with Prayables.com. With them I found a great working community that made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Regardless of how many miles separate our team, there is a common thread that brings us all together and that is really what Prayables is all about.

I come from a culturally mixed background and diversity, unity and acceptance are all concepts that I value dearly. Despite the many differences between the two sides of my family, we have all managed to make things work by focusing on our shared values and seeing past the minor disagreements.

I believe that faith comes in all forms, whether it is organized religion, spiritual beliefs, science or ambiguity. Every individual has their own perception of a higher being or inner peace and there is no right or wrong, as long as it brings oneself closer to where they want to be.
