This week, like a 4-year-old being nudged toward an unknown great aunt, the Spirit has been urging me to see the life force in everything. Everything! Everything I feel. Everything I see. Everything I touch. Everything I smell. Everything I taste. It is a full sensory experience; an over-laying of my very essence into the experience of feeling, seeing, hearing, smelling, and tasting the Holy Essence that flows within everything in my life.

Desires, hopes, and dreams too!

The Spirit whispers, “Be that babe. Walk into My arms. Feel My embrace. Open your world.” Do you hear the whispers?

Asian cultures spell 'life force' in three different ways: Chi, Ki, or Qi. No matter where you are from, this universal force flowing through your very essence is the same holy great aunt embracing you warmly. This life force is the Spirit. Feel this essence in everything. Embrace your world and the world will hug you back!

Today I celebrate… Chi! Qi! Ki!

I feel the life force flowing through me.
I breathe the life force into me.
I blend into the life force that is around me; that is me.

Ying, yang, high, low...
Laid back, impatient; stay, or go?
Decisions we make, each day of our life,
praying for serenity, in moments of strife.
Sometimes, it’s the tiny actions that matter;
We know that a hug can make many things better.

Help me be at peace without being complacent;
active without being agitated;
balanced without being finicky;
fruitful without being ostentatious;
enthusiastic without being overwhelming.
