{blessings}
New Hope
Hope is making a comeback. Despair…is so yesterday. May you be blessed with a brand new outlook. See the future with confidence and faith-filled anticipation. Be a trendsetter. Be hopeful.
Journey With God
Faith isn’t a destination. It’s not a point on the map you’ll get to one day. Your faith is the map itself, with all of its dotted lines and imperfect stops along the way. May you be blessed to change direction often, to start and stop, to draw and redraw, and to journey with God at every roadblock you encounter.
If Not Now, When?
If not now, when? God wants you to do it today. You only have this one same day, tomorrow is a different day entirely. May you be blessed to make today count for something big and important. It all starts right now.
Write Your Story
You can never go back and change some of the details to pretty. All you can do is move forward and make your whole story beautiful. May you blessed to write each chapter with God guiding your pen, as you live life infused with spiritual beauty.
Pray Again for the First Time
Every morning you have the choice to race through this busy life—or sit still and learn to pray again for the first time. May you be blessed with a prayerful moment today. One where you relax, reach out, and connect to God.

Doing the Work
Dear God, I will go out and do the work you have given me to do. With my head in the game and my heart hand in hand with Yours, I will have achievements equal to the task and worthy of Your respect. Amen
Pure, Right, and Just
Surround me with good influences and the ability to think critically. Give me vision that can see the genuine article, hearing that senses lies, and a taste for what is substantive. Grant me a connection to what’s pure and right and just. Protect me from those with a hidden agenda, who are out to hurt me. Amen
Play Fair
Thank You for simple pleasures that fill my heart with gratitude: the kiss of color in a masterpiece of sky, the refreshing coolness of yogurt in the morning light, a clean, comfortable bed at the end of the day. In my blessed abundance, help me understand why there is such disparity in the world. Help me recognize the need in anotherʼs eyes and help me use the resources You have given me to make a difference. Please help all Your children find the will and the way to share our incredible wealth. Help us remember that as children, we learned to play fair.
Deafening Silence
Silence is not golden when it must be broken; when it ought not to exist. To deny praise to a child, for fear of spoiling him. To withhold best wishes from someone, of whom you are jealous. To keep back from contradicting, those others spreading malicious lies. To decline to give advice, for fear of being drawn into the maelstrom. To refuse to give witness in favor of a victim, for fear of being drawn into the problem. To refrain from praising an underling, lest you be thought weak. All this creates a deafening silence. God help me to know that there is a time to speak.
Substantial Good
Oh God! How wonderful it is to wake up in the morning with the realization that anything is possible. I take in the abundance that surrounds me and I know; things are not only possible, but probable. The chances for substantial good are unlimited with Your help.

{affirmations}
Doing What I Can
I’ll do what I can today. It’s likely I won’t get it all right. But when I mess up, I’ll make up for it, and forget it. Every day is a new day to make better. I’m in a good mood, and thankful for the day God gave me.
God Protects Me
The will of God will never take me to where the grace of God will not protect me.
I Am Resilient
I am resilient. i will emerge from this nightmare powerful, beautiful, and wise. i will cast off this stifling shell of a person i have become because i know i am capable of more. i have God two feet in front of me crouched and coaxing me ahead one slow steady step at a time.
Wholly of Myself
Today I give wholly of myself. I ask God to guide my words and actions. I listen first and speak second. I give the gift of positive attention. I know I am wanted here. People are lonely and need me.
Satisfied With Me
I will be satisfied with what I have. I will be satisfied with who I am. But I will never be satisfied with what I know.
