{blessings}
Surrender to the Softness
Life is hard enough without hardening your heart. May you be blessed to surrender to the softness in life, where love is abundant, faith is your guide and forgiveness is the path.
Off-Kilter
It’s just not fair. You’re off-kilter because you’ve been wronged or the situation is all wrong, or they are all wrong. Justice will be yours when you have faith. May you be blessed with God’s ultimate reward – peace of mind with the knowledge that justice will eventually be served.
Restless & Bored
Feeling not-so-busy? Maybe even a little restless and bored? Boredom is God’s way of telling you you’re wasting time. May you be blessed to spend time productively in worthy pursuits. Discover what it is you are really meant to be doing. Indulge in self-reflection with a purpose.
Decision Time
When you repeat a mistake it’s not a mistake anymore, it’s a decision. You are the one who decides how carefully you will live your life, and God will support your good decisions. May you be blessed to learn and grow from your mistakes.
Do Over
Never be afraid to start over. It’s a chance to do it better this time. May you be blessed by your experience, may you have renewed appreciation for a fresh start, and may you see it through to spectacular completion.
{prayers}
Entrust Yourself to the Lord
Lord give me a measure of Your Spirit that I will be able to obey Your teaching to pacify anger to be compassion to moderate desire to increase love to put away sorrow to cast away vanity to not be vindictive to have no fear to entrust myself to You. amen
What Now?
Lordy, it seems like everytime I turn around, there’s someone making demands of me. I don’t want to disappoint, but I am so excruciatingly tired. Help me get past my thoughts of “What now?” and move to a place where I happily have another opportunity to help. amen
Funny Prayer
Dear Lord, Help me to take responsibility for the consequences of my actions, even though they’re usually not my fault. Help me to not try to run everything – but, if you need some help, please feel free to ask me. Help me to be more laid back, and help me to do it exactly right. Help me to take things more seriously, especially laughter, parties, and dancing. Give me patience, and I mean right now! Help me to finish everything I sta Help me to do only what I can, and trust you for the rest. And please put that in writing for me. Keep me open to others’ ideas, misguided though they may be. Help me slow down andnotrushthroughwhatido. Thank you, Lord. Amen
Life Journey
God, You have given me feet to move and a mind to imagine new things, places, and people. Please give me the gift of travel and allow me to explore your wonder-filled world. Protect my steps, send an angel to guard my comings and my goings. Shield me from evil and misfortune. Keep me healthy, keep me hearty. I thank you for this journey I know as my life. Amen
For Myself
Dear God, Help me to give generously without allowing myself to be taken advantage of. Show me how to love fully yet wisely. Guide me to trust completely but with discrimination. And God, let me speak on behalf of those in need while still speaking up for myself. Amen

Gallery of the Spirit
God has given me the ability to paint a portrait large or small, beautiful or ugly, radiant or dim. Faith calls on me to be a painter of a landscape worthy to hang in God’s gallery of the Spirit.
Work into Habit
Step One. Learning how to do it. Finding and obtaining the insight and the tools and the techniques I need. Understanding how it works. Step Two. (easily overlooked) Turning it into a habit. Committing to the practice. Showing up and doing it again and again until I’m good at it, and until it’s part of who I am and what I do. Most education, most hardware stores, most technology purchases, most doctor visits, most textbooks are about the first step. I commit to invest just a little more to turn work into a habit.
Joy of Victory
The older I get the more I become an expert on my failures. But now, dear God, I will become expert on my victories. I will win more and lose less. I choose to forget the agony of defeat, and know the joy of victory.
How You See It
The world is nothing but my perception of it. I see through God’s eyes. I hear through God’s ears. It is Divine.
Soul’s Purpose
I trust everything in my life to the tender care of God, knowing that God’s will for me is true. God makes gentle my heart while firming a steely resolve to serve my soul’s purpose.
