Dear God, thank you for my sister. She lets me know I am loved with unsaid words. I understand it’s “her way” to dial back the emotion, cut the sentimentality short, and let loose the love by supporting me without hesitation. Bless my sister with long, happy years living in good health and good humor—praise to You, who, with infinite wisdom, matches up siblings who love one another.

Dear God. Mixed in with destiny is chance. One slight happenstance and my life could change completely. Remind me to be clever. Inspire me to take advantage of opportunities. Cause the odds to be in my favor, and I will be forever grateful.

Dear God, Healing is needed NOW! Hear my prayers, know my heart, and find the way to complete recovery for the people in my life, and others, who are hurting, who are helpless, and who can not get well without Your grace. We all give praise to You, Master Healer. Holy Father.
