A husband and wife are arguing. The wife is so angry that she impulsively goes to the kitchen, grabs the sharpest knife she can find, and approaches her husband with the intention to cut off his private parts.
She yields the knife and misses. Instead, she has made a wide gash on the top of his thigh.
The case ends up in court and the judge declares that he has reached a decision.
“Mam, I am not charging you with a felony, but I am charging you with a misdaweiner.”
