Two men were chatting at a cocktail party. The first man asks, “What do you do for a living?”
“I’m a school teacher.” Says the second man.
“A school teacher?!!” The first man replied with surprise. “It’s such a low-paying field. If you don’t mind me asking, how much do you make teaching school?”
“I make $70,000 a year.”
“$70,000 a year? How do you live on such a meager salary?”
“Actually, I live pretty well. I am able to meet my needs.”
The first man points out a party guest. “See that guy over there? He’s a billionaire. He makes in an hour what you earn for a year.”
“That may be true, but I have something the billionaire will never be able to have. I have enough.”
When you are satisfied with what you have, you will never want for more.
