The Answer Lies Where the Butterfly Flies
A young boy wanted to stump his teacher.
“Teacher,” he said as he extended his two clenched hands, “I have a butterfly in my hands. Is it alive or dead?”
He figured if the teacher guessed it was dead, he would open his hands and let the butterfly fly away. If the answer were “alive,” he would clench his hand tighter to smash the butterfly and show the teacher it was dead.
Instead, the wise teacher answered, “My boy, the answer is in your hands.”
