Dear God, Help me to see You in the people and objects all around me. Remind me to notice and observe the little details and the big moments. Nudge me towards You when my mind is distracted. Keep me focused on what matters, who needs my attention, and when it’s time for me to serve. Thank You for Your Guidance.

Refreshingly Calm
I become quiet and focused on the Spirit of God. Alone in the holy presence, I feel a sense of serenity. I rediscover how refreshing it feels to be calm. I feel like waves of peace are washing over me and clearing away all tension and anxiety. I know I am eternally one with God.
