{blessings}

Wait and Watch
It is God who calls the season and it is God who sustains us in and throughout each season. May you be blessed with grace, trusting God to provide at the proper time. Wait and watch as God’s new month reveals its daily miracles.

Essentials for Success
Hard work, smarts, and seizing the right opportunity are essential for success. But recognizing that all these actions are merely vessels for the many blessings God throws your way.

Write It.
A thought belongs to you, a word belongs to others, and the words of a written thought are forever. May God bless you when you express yourself through writing.

Name It
If you name it, you can tame it. What’s really bothering you? May God bless you to name it, pray on it, and get over it.

Spend or Save?
Some people try to impress you with how much they spend. Other people love to brag about how much they save.  Bless their hearts but keep yours firmly focused on the God-given riches you enjoy.

{prayers}

My God, My Foundation
Dear God, You were there when the floor sank, when the roof caved in, and when my world was flipped upside down. Thank You for rescuing me from the disaster that was my life. Thank You for shelter and repair – Thank You for being the foundation on which I stand.

Grateful to God
Dear God, You come before I call. You know when I am in need. I am grateful for Your holy presence that calms my worried spirit, that fills my hungry soul. How beautiful is this life that You breathed into creation!

Praise God With…
Praise God with words that matter, Praise God with good deeds done. Praise God with kindness offered, Praise God with hearts of love. Undeserving though I am, I praise God with all my might, I shout out Hallelujah! and praise God with pure delight.

Joy is Sweet
Dear God, for every loss, there is a victory, after sadness, joy is sweet. And, when I’m lost and lonely, hope holds me tight and brings me home to You.

Parenting Prayer
I am still parenting though my children are grown. Help me as
I guide them to better values, to see opportunities they may be missing, and to encourage them when discouragement is overwhelming. Thank You God. You keep us strong, physically and mentally. We are blessed by Your devotion to our family.

The flame of God is the soul of man. Do we choose to be the flame that rises upward or the wick that holds us down?
