Dear God, let this week start off well and end up even better. Open my eyes to nature’s beauty, mankind’s kindness, and all that is holy. Help me appreciate each of the twenty-four hours set before me. And may I start all over again tomorrow, tomorrow, and tomorrows to come.

If only I could see the holiness in everyone and everything, it would be a wonderful way to honor You, dear God, whose divinity is a beacon, shining brightly on Your infinite creation and guiding me peaceably home to You.

Holiday Buzz
Thank God for the music that hangs in the air this time of year. What a lift to suddenly notice the joy of holiday songs. To catch the buzz from merry greetings and to see the twinkling lights, tiny symbols of God’s ever presence. Blessed is the season. Blessed is the Lord our God.
