Seeing Beauty
I pray to see the beauty in the world and the goodness in people. Lord, show me how to raise my head in confidence, yet lower it with humility before You. Help me to be a lifelong learner. May I always gain knowledge, grow in understanding, and find wisdom.
To My Good Health
The numbers are too high for my good health. Lord, help me to avoid temptation today. To eat mindfully, to approach activity with enthusiasm, to remember that what I am doing is a blessing, not a punishment. You, who makes all things possible, make possible the potential I seek for myself.

Please God, open these eyes in the light of the glorious morning light. Close them at nightfall in blessed restful slumber.
Day to Day
Grant me the strength from day to day, to bear what burdens come my way. Grant me throughout this bright new day, more to endure and less to fear.
